Robert Anderson, Owner

Robert grew up on the family cattle and potato farm in North Yarmouth, Maine where his interest in horticulture began at an early age. He went to the University of Maine where he studied soil science and horticulture and put that knowledge to use as he built Anderson Landscape into a full service landscape construction company. In 2002, Robert designed and built Toddy Brook Golf course as a way to preserve  the family land and to further pursue his love of golf.  Today, Toddy Brook Golf Course, is 90%organic and a leader in ecological sensitive course maintenance practices. Robert also started Maine Coastal Protection to help homeowners and municipalities to preserve and to protect both coastal and lake shorefronts from erosion. He is  a member of Maine Landscape Nursery Association (MELNA), a frequent speaker and educator on shoreline protection best practices, and is an active member of the North Yarmouth community.
